It consists of a ruler for 19-inch rack with 1.5U. It features connectors for 24 G.703 2Mbit / s interface ports and two 90cm cables with 50 pin TELCO connectors for interfacing to DATACOM equipment. Can be used in conjunction with the DmSTM-1.

Versions with BNC and IEC connectors have straps for grounding the coaxial cable mesh.
The standard of delivery is with BNC connectors for use with 75ohms coaxial cable.
This product only performs a physical adaptation between two different types of connector. There is no electrical adaptation of signals.
