First Login on the APP
Below is a step by step on how to use DmSupport in the Qualitor QM2 application for the first time:
Step 1:
After downloading the app, press the PROFILE - CREATE NEW button
Step 2:
On the next screen press READ QRCODE
Step 3:
a) Access the DmSupport web portal, click on the user icon in the upper right corner of the screen and then select APP ACCESS.
b) Read the QRCODE on the next screen with the Qualitor QM2 application.
Step 4:
The profile fields will be filled in as shown below. Save the profile using the icon at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5:
Sign in to the app with your DmSupport Web credentials
