On July 11th, we had the pleasure of presenting the second episode of Datacast, our people management podcast. This time, we focused on the theme "Career Journeys and their impact on the future of work". Driving was done by Angela Bersano and Caroline Souza, both from our Human Resources team.

We had the pleasure of receiving two very special guests to make our discussion even richer: Eliane Vaskievicz, a consultant with recognized experience in the area of ​​career and team management, and Deivid Paes, our Industrial Supervisor, who brings more than 15 years of leadership experience.

We talked about important points, such as the role of the individual as a protagonist in his career, the need to always seek learning and growth, and the appreciation of each step in the professional journey. We also discussed leadership and future challenges for professionals who work with people management, especially in relation to career management.

Why did we create Datacast?
