At the end of 2023, Datacom experienced moments of fraternization and solidarity, reflecting our commitment to the well-being of employees and the community. Each event held had a special meaning, reaffirming how much we value the human and collaborative environment, which is directly reflected in the quality of service we provide in the telecommunications market.

Christmas of Generosity and Gratitude:

In partnership with the "Natal Solidário" project in Eldorado do Sul, we carried out our Christmas action, which lasted until December 14th. Our team was committed to donating toys and sweets, all collected at the reception of the administrative building. Each toy, carefully gift-wrapped and labeled, was a symbol of our team's generous and empathetic spirit, reflecting our commitment to community and children's well-being during this festive season.

Furthermore, as a way of thanking them for their effort and dedication throughout the year, we decided to give gifts to our employees. On December 7th, employees at the head office received their gifts in person, while those at the branches were awarded an Ifood Gift Card, delivered from December 11th. This initiative aimed to recognize and value the work of each team member, strengthening the feeling of appreciation and gratitude we have for them.

Datacom Cup:

The Datacom Cup, which took place on December 17th at the HD Sports Complex, stood out as a landmark event of integration and entertainment. Despite the intense heat, this did not discourage our employees who, committed to sporting activities, enthusiastically participated in the volleyball and football 7 tournaments. The energy and team spirit were evident, reflecting the dynamism and collaboration characteristic of Datacom's culture. .

We especially congratulate the finalist teams in the football (Varzea and Barão) and volleyball (Bravus and Seers of Victory) tournaments, who demonstrated skill, dedication and true sportsmanship.

Closing party:

The Datacom closing party, held at Paraíso Espaço de Eventos, was a memorable moment for all of us. The location, surrounded by lush greenery and welcoming spaces, provided the ideal environment for our celebration. Every aspect of this event was carefully organized by our Human Resources team, who worked hard to ensure that everything was prepared with care and attention.

During the party, employees enjoyed a series of activities, which ranged from a warm tribute to those celebrating their anniversary to leisure moments with live music and games. The excitement and joy of the event transcended the walls of the venue, generating significant engagement on social media. Photos, videos and messages shared by participants expanded the reach of the celebration, involving the online community in our experience. The event was a perfect opportunity to reflect on the year's achievements and strengthen our team's bonds in an environment that balanced nature with comfort.
