On November 22, we held our traditional end-of-year celebration, a special moment to bring our team together and celebrate the achievements of 2024. This year, the event took place at Datacom's restaurant, a place prepared to welcome our employees with all the comfort and structure necessary for this moment of unity.
The event's schedule included significant moments, starting with the official opening, followed by an emotional speech by our president. He recalled the challenges faced throughout the year, highlighting the floods in May that impacted our community and operations. In his words, he expressed deep gratitude for everyone's commitment and resilience, which were essential to reestablishing the company during this challenging period.
The party also honored retired employees, who received awards in recognition of their dedication and contributions over the years. The highlight of the celebration was the burger buffet, which created a relaxed atmosphere of integration among all those present. We ended the event with a collective feeling of gratitude, overcoming, and motivation for the challenges of 2025.
