Datacom launches new line of 400G transceivers for high-capacity networks

Datacom is expanding its optical portfolio with the launch of a new line of 400G transceivers, designed to meet high-density, long-distance and high-throughput requirements. The new models offer different connector and range options, and are compatible with the main network architectures on the market.

All modules use the QSFP-DD form factor, supporting short, medium and long-distance applications, as well as breakout versions for distributed interconnection scenarios.

 

 

New models available:

  • DM-QDD400G-SR8-100m 
    Indicated for datacenter environments with high-capacity connections in multimode fibers.
    MPO connector | Range: 100m
  • DM-QDD400G-EDR4-2
    Supports metro applications and point-to-point connections with up to 2km in single-mode fibers with MPO connector.
    MPO connector | Range: 2km
  • DM-QDD400G-FR4-2
    Solution suitable for medium-distance networks with single-mode fibers and duplex LC connectors.
    LC connector | Range: 2km
  • DM-QDD400G-LR4-10
    Ideal for metropolitan links with demands for high performance and stability in 10km.
    LC connector | Range: 10km
  • DM-QDD400G-4x100G-4LR1-10
    Option with support for 4x100G breakout, allowing greater flexibility in the composition of aggregation networks.
    MPO Connector | Range: 10km
  • DM-QDD400G-ER4-40
    Designed for long-distance applications, ensuring reliable performance in links of up to 40km.
    LC Connector | Range: 40km
