On July 10, 2025, Datacom held an institutional and technical presentation at SERPRO's headquarters in Brasília. The goal was to strengthen its relationship with the agency and showcase the portfolio of solutions developed to meet the growing demands for connectivity, security, and efficiency in public sector network infrastructure.

The event was attended by leaders from Datacom's Operations, Products, and Customer Relations departments. Márcio Müller (Director of Operations), Gustavo Spellmeier (Director of Products), and Fabrício Machado (Senior Account Manager) led the presentation, focusing on the company's solutions for mission-critical environments.

During the meeting, the L2 and IP/MPLS switch lines, high-capacity transceivers, DWDM solutions, high-performance servers, and the DmView network management platform were highlighted — technologies that offer scalability, high availability, and alignment with the demands of government infrastructure modernization.

The event drew significant participation from SERPRO professionals. Approximately 30 employees attended in person, while another 410 connected via Microsoft Teams, totaling over 440 participants engaged in the discussions. This high audience share reinforces the agency's interest in national technologies that contribute to the state's security, digital sovereignty, and operational efficiency.
