In 2025, the company consolidated its presence in the IT, Telecom, and Datacenter markets, combining innovation, national production capacity, and proximity to the real needs of the market. To celebrate this cycle and prepare the ground for 2026, various activities were held throughout November and December, involving team integration, strategic alignment, and moments of camaraderie that reinforce the company's culture.
Sales Team Convention: Strategic Alignment for 2026
In the week leading up to the celebration, the sales team participated in an internal convention focused on technical updates and planning for the coming year. The meeting included presentations on roadmaps, portfolio evolution, and commercial strategies involving IP/MPLS switches, DWDM solutions, GPON/XGS-PON, OCP servers, corporate LAN, and Wi-Fi.
The program featured analyses of trends in the IT and Telecom markets, especially regarding the expansion of corporate networks and the strengthening of the data center ecosystem in the country. This alignment reinforces Datacom's commitment to consultative service, supported by technical expertise and close customer relationships.
The meeting also included moments of socialization and integration among the participants, including a get-together with live music and a barbecue, strengthening the bonds between the teams after intense days of discussions and planning.

To conclude the year-end activities, Datacom promoted sports tournaments that are already part of the company's internal culture and reinforce the importance of healthy interaction among employees.
