In addition to having a complete portfolio of telecom equipment and having advanced network management software, Datacom also has a network of partnerships to meet the needs of its customers. Among Datacom's technology partners is Int6, a company that presents several solutions aimed at automating processes for ISPs.
Among the outstanding Int6 solutions is the automated provisioning of the subscriber's GPON access network and Wifi device through an application.
Check below how the AutoISP product works together with the ONU DM986-414.
Automated Provisioning
AutoISP is a solution that does not require prior configuration of equipment, so that ONUs and/or Routers are taken out of the box, with their factory configuration, before starting the process at the subscriber's premises. Deployment technicians can, through an Android application, do all the configuration/maintenance in minutes without any interaction with NOC technicians for provisioning and maintenance.

With these factors, there is a proven reduction of 77% in the number of technicians in the activation center of companies that adopt the tool, making the solution very effective.
Also, to ensure the quality of the optical installation, all ONUs and OLT power logs are recorded, blocking provisioning outside the established limits. In this way, return visits for optical maintenance to subscribers' homes due to installation problems are greatly reduced, since the field technician is monitored and obliged to perform quality work.

Multiplataform
The solution supports the main ERPs, such as IXC, MK Solutions, RBX, Voalle, RadiusNET, among others. Integration with the main ERPs makes it possible to link and monitor equipment using the subscriber's contract number as a reference, making it easier to handle support calls

In addition to Datacom, AutoISP also offers integration with the main OLTs on the market. For OLTs that support different ONU manufacturers, the solution automatically configures the different combinations. In this way, once the ideal configuration of the ONU DM986-414 is determined on each platform from different manufacturers, the AutoISP detects and applies the definitions coherently, without any human interaction. This is automation and quality assured!

Provider N1 support does not need to know the specific functionality of the command lines or management of each OLT manufacturer. The Int6 portal presents information in a standardized and simplified manner, allowing for the diagnosis and control of configurations.
Support Empowerment
To guarantee the quality of the tool, INT6 uses a standard in the configuration of ONUs/Routers, optimizing the remote support, as the attendants always find the same configuration of the equipment. The portal shows in an optimized way the subscriber connection information, using TR-069, access via CLI/TL-1/Netconf in the OLTs and Managers, and also direct HTTP/S in the ONUs WAN in some cases. This diversity of protocols implements different access methods, in order to show as much information as possible to the NOC personnel

The service provided by the Call Center is much easier when all information is available, whether the equipment's Uptime indicating whether it has been restarted, or the type of WiFi connections of the devices. Changing Wifi and Password is available for ONU DM986-414 directly on the Portal screen.
