Datacom equipment currently approved on this platform are the ONU GPON DM985-424 HW2, ONU GPON DM986-100 and ONU GPON DM986-414.

Made4Graph aims to simplify the end customer service processes that use PPPoE and IPoE, concentrating all actions in a single software, offering a simple and intuitive interface, providing more ease and autonomy for the call center and technical support, making the more effective end-customer support.

Based on this vision, Made4graph was developed so that the provider's support/call center can solve the end customer's demands within a single platform, and as an evolution of these demands, the TR-069 protocol was indispensable for the remote management of CPEs.

This protocol makes it possible to take the following actions:

• Auto-configuration
• Firmware image management
• Status monitoring, performance and diagnostics.
• Remote configuration change like Wifi, WAN, LAN, PPPoE
• automatic configuration

With this integration you can make these changes within the CPE:

• Change wifi password, name and channel, both 2.4Ghz and 5.8GHz
• Check status of LAN ports
• Check how long the CPE is on
• Check the number of customers connected to the CPE, with the option of a history of connected customers, to help support solve the most difficult problems, without the need to travel to the customer's home.
• Check the PON signal of ONTs/ONUs
• Check if there is a port forwarding on the CPE
