Datacom, always seeking to innovate and improve internal communication, decided to invest in a project that aims to bring relevant information and promote engagement among its employees: Datacast. This is an internal podcast developed by the Human Resources department, with the aim of sharing quality content related to people, management and current issues that make sense to all team members.
Datacast had its debut in women's month, with the launch of the first episode on 03/08, entitled "The female roles and the impact on women's health". This special episode was created in honor of International Women's Day and featured two special guests: Luanda Vieira, psychologist, and Maiara Arnold, content creator. The podcast was conducted by our HR collaborators, Ângela Bersano and Caroline Souza, both psychologists and specialists in Organizational Development.
The Datacast project was born out of the need to address current world issues in a light, relaxed and accessible way. During 2023, the topics addressed will be built according to market trends and the needs of our employees. In this way, Datacast seeks to bring the team closer together, reinforce the organizational culture and encourage the professional development of employees.
